Yes, we offer guided trials so you can experience Nova in your environment with real conversations. Just ask our team to activate one.
Your subscription includes access to the Novaco platform and selected virtual assistants (AutoChat, Nova Companion, or Nova Messaging), plus support.
Yes. You can scale your assistant setup throughout the year based on your needs.
• When you add assistants mid-year, you’ll receive a pro-rata invoice for the remainder of the calendar year.
• If you remove assistants, the change takes effect from 1 January of the following year—your annual fee will then be adjusted accordingly.
This way, your setup remains flexible while keeping billing simple and transparent.
All subscriptions are billed annually.
• If you start during the year, you’ll receive a pro-rata invoice covering the remainder of the calendar year.
• On 1 January, you’ll receive a new invoice for the full year ahead.
• Messaging packages (for WhatsApp and other channels) can be purchased at any time throughout the year, based on usage.
We keep billing simple—so you can focus on delivering better customer conversations.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription—just make sure to do so at least one month before 1 January.
• Subscriptions run on an annual basis and renew automatically each year.
• If we don’t receive a cancellation notice before 1 December, we’ll presume you wish to continue.
• On 1 January, cancelled accounts and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

Yes. Every client receives guided onboarding to ensure Nova is fully integrated and delivering value from day one. For the onboarding process we charge a one-time set-up fee per product.
